• Prior authorization by Mountain View Hospital is required to access their online portal. After obtaining an account, you can effortlessly log in to the My Healthcare Connection app using the credentials provided by Mountain View Hospital. In case you have access to portals from various healthcare institutions, you can conveniently monitor all participating portals through the application.
• You can engage with your care team by:
  • Safely communicating with your provider
  • Requesting and managing upcoming appointments
  • Viewing medical information such as allergies, laboratory results, health conditions, immunizations, medications, and other health documents
